The Realschule plus Bernkastel-Kues and BENNINGHOVEN sign a collaboration agreement

“The strength and success of our company rests on the shoulders of our employees, and this is the reason why we attach such enormous importance to the cultivation of the skills and talents of our trainees and training that qualifies them for their future careers. The ability to do this while they are still at school, create synergies, and embed special requirements in their school education offers entirely new opportunities not only for the students, but also for us as their future employer,” is an important element of BENNINGHOVEN’s mission statement and reflects the particular importance of the long-established and successful collaboration with the Freiherr-vom-Stein-Realschule plus in Bernkastel-Kues.

This training and learning partnership has now been formally cemented in a collaboration agreement that creates a roadmap of future activities for both sides. This roadmap can be seen as an interface that sensibilizes students to specific career options prior to training, and not only enables them to discover their particular interests, but also serves to stimulate and channel the training maturity of intermediate secondary school leavers.

The goal of this continuous collaboration between company and school is to better prepare students for choosing a career, vocational training, and working life.
